Soft on You uses fabrics that are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. This certification uses a system that tests for harmful substances used during all stages of production (raw materials, intermediate, and end product). This includes testing for illegal substances, legally regulated substances, known harmful (but not legally regulated) chemicals, and other parameters for health care.

We like to use natural materials that can have natural antimicrobial properties. Nature's way is the best way!

We use the best quality materials and below are some of the key qualities that make each fabric unique:

Silver:
EMF Protection

​

  • Health Promoting. Guards against potential skin irritations, circulation trouble, or temperature imbalance.

  • Protective. Wearing silver clothing provides a “shield” against everyday germs and bacteria, as well as electromagnetic radiation.​

  • Low Maintainance. Silver fabric does not need to be washed frequently, it is totally odor-free and will not smell.

Linen:
Timeless & Chic

  • Antibacterial. Smell fresh all day.​

  • High Thermal Conductivity. Linen has a higher thermal conductivity compared to silk or wool, therefore it's great to wear during the hottest days. 

  • ​Hypoallergenic. Because of its natural fibers and production process, linen is inherently hypoallergenic.

Silk:
Delicate Yet Strong

  • Ultra Strong. High tensile strength- fibers will not easily be torn or damaged.​

  • Antimicrobial. Resistant to the growth of mildew, mold, and fungi, which are common irritants to us humans.​

  • Hypoallergenic. The most hypoallergenic of all fabrics.

Hemp:
Strong & Versatile

  • Super Breathable. Hemp fibers are porous and they allow your skin to breathe. The fabric is lightweight and super easy to carry.

  • UV protectant. Blocks more than 50% of UV rays, qualities you'd expect from UPF clothing.​

  • Transeasonal. Can be worn in any season. Hemp senses your body temperature and understands if your body needs to be kept warm or cold.

Bamboo:
Luxurious & Practical

  • Easy to Care For. It does not wrinkle and is machine washable in cool water. 

  • Moisture-wicking. Bamboo is able to take up to three times its weight in water. In bamboo fabric, this translates to an excellent wicking ability.​​​

  • Hypoallergenic. The fiber is naturally smooth and round without chemical treatment, meaning that there are no sharp spurs to irritate the skin.

Organic Cotton:
Softer & Safer

  • Non-toxic. Organic cotton is grown without toxic materials. Those with sensitive skin will benefit from it. 

  •  Softer. Softer than regular cotton, organic cotton feels dreamier, since the longer fibers. 

  • Durable. More durable than regular cotton since fibers are longer and they have a stronger connection with each other.
